The lampshade is made of a warm white corn starch-based biopolymer and is biodegradable. It can be easily separated from the base of the lamp thanks to its magnetic connection and is robust and waterproof, making it easy to clean. It comes with an E14 lamp socket and an extra warm white, energy-efficient LED.  It is delivered as a standing lamp, but can also be used as a hanging lamp with the adapter supplied.
